We are seeking a dynamic individual to fulfill the role of Administrative and Financial Assistant. The successful candidate will provide essential support to the administration, managing a variety of tasks including supporting activities concerning the planning, billing analysis and control, suppliers’ invoices and employee expenses reports review, booking and payment. He/she will take care of the various deadlines in support of the team, document control and all issues related to the administrative and legal area, including control and preparation of documents, supporting back office etc.. This includes handling communications and distributing documentation as needed. Additionally, the role involves ensuring proper archiving of documents in our company repository.

Accounting educational background is preferred | Very good analytical skills | Strong digital and MS-Office (and similar) knowledge.
Previous experience in similar position | Good command in English.
Strong attention to details | Willing to work with people with patience, empathy and adaptability | Team player and hard-working approach | Excellent organization and communication skills | Strong analytical skills and problem-solving mindset.
