- Advanced proficiency in Blender is essential, as it is our primary 3D production tool. Experience in Maya may be considered only if accompanied by a strong willingness and ability to fully transition to Blender within a short timeframe;
- Solid understanding and hands-on experience with retopology, UV unwrapping, texturing, shading, and real-time rendering pipelines;
- Ability to optimize models for real-time AR applications, keeping polygon count low while maintaining high visual quality;
- Experience working with PBR workflows, including baking and managing normal, roughness, and metallic maps;
- Knowledge of scale accuracy and modeling techniques that ensure compatibility with AR and VTO environments;
- Familiarity with GLB/GLTF formats and best practices for asset export and integration in real-time viewers.
- Previous documented experience in developing and optimising 3D models for augmented reality;
- Basic understanding of rigging and animation is a plus (especially for exploded views or interactive parts).
- Adobe package or similar;
- Knowledge of a programming language such as Python, Javascript, C++.
- Ability to work with accuracy and love of detail;
- Ability to work independently with scheduled deadlines;
- Curiosity and passion for new technologies;
- Desire to grow professionally in a stimulating environment.
